Design Story

The composition is disciplined. A near-black canvas surface carries a single orange stripe that travels from the shoulder seam to the hem, with vertical lettering reading NEW YORK KNICKS stacked alongside it. Opposite, a small NYK mark sits high on the chest in the same orange, balancing the layout like a signature in the corner of a page. Contrasting darker panels at the pockets add quiet depth without breaking the monochrome mood. It is restrained design that trusts a single accent to do the talking.

Layering & Wear

On a jacket, this placement matters. The stripe follows the natural vertical line of the front panel, so it lengthens the silhouette rather than cutting across it.
